Cathy seems to be enjoying her Deviant Art account. This is her drawing of Polychrome from L. Frank Baum's Oz series of books.
"A little girl, radiant and beautiful, shapely as a fairy and exquisitely dressed.... She was clad in flowing, fluffy robes of soft material that reminded Dorothy of woven cobwebs, only it was colored in soft tintings of violet, rose, topaz, olive, azure, and white, mingled together most harmoniously in stripes which melted one into the other with soft blendings. Her hair was like spun gold and floated around her in a cloud, no strand being fastened or confined by either pin or ornament or ribbon."
This excerpt is from the book that she first appears in The Road to Oz. The text of all of L. Frank Baum's works are online at Project Gutenberg.
Cathy also has some fractal images in her gallery. I found software for that here, but will have to ask her for some help in making it work!
The full moon has made this weekend a pretty powerful one. Along with the need to rest, and to take in the insights that have been coming to me, I've been 'busy' in a very un-busy way ;-). I'm looking forward to the movement out of Mercury retrograde...after this week.
Here's the Simply Your Self™ theme for this week...
Consider for the Week: Self-Reflection after a time of activity allows inner consolidation as well as realignment. Use this week to settle into your own core. Notice your responses, your instincts, your feelings, and your thoughts. Be present with your Self.
